Track 1
Track 1 program is designed for collegiate freshmen to build core competencies for college and career success through curiosity and self-awareness. Students receive training in time management, goal setting and career exploration in the agriculture and food industry.
Track 2
Track 2 program is designed for collegiate sophomores to explore interpersonal application of core competencies in teams and organizations. Students learn about communication, cultural awareness, relationship building, team leadership and communicating personal values and strengths.
Track 3
Track 3 program prepares collegiate juniors and seniors to live and work in a global workplace. Focus areas include group collaboration, global leadership, systems thinking, personal financial management, cultural understanding and transitioning to the workforce.
Track 4
Track 4 program is a unique, interactive, participant-led experience that builds on previous tracks. Collegiate seniors focus on mastering core competencies and creating a plan for early career success, with discussion groups and participant-led facilitation adding depth to the experience.
Campus Champion
AFA Campus Champions play a vital role in connecting students on campus with AFA. This year, join us for a dedicated networking session with our Board of Directors, a Campus Champions-only discussion, and an AFA update. You’ll connect with nearly 500 industry professionals and share best practices with peers nationwide. As a registered Campus Champion, you can also observe delegate sessions.
