Students selected to attend AFA Programs are only responsible for travel to and from the event. Hotel stay, meals and program materials are provided to students through AFA Partners.
Please do not plan to depart from K-State Olathe until 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14. AFA will provide transportation from K-State Olathe to the airport or hotel.
Flights should be booked at 4 p.m. or later. Kansas City International airport takes an hour or less to get to your gate on average.
