March 21-21, 2027 | Vietnam and Thailand | Destination Alliance

Discover agriculture, culture and innovation across Vietnam and Thailand through Destination Alliance, a program of the AFA Alliance Alumni Network.

This immersive experience will take you from the streets of Ho Chi Minh City and the canals of the Mekong Delta to the markets, farms and temples of Thailand. Along the way, you’ll explore mushroom and worm farms, vegetable cooperatives, rice facilities, floating markets, fish farms, cacao production, shrimp farming and sustainable gardens.

You’ll also experience the culture that shapes these regions through local meals, a Thai cooking class, a Chao Phraya River dinner cruise, elephant encounters and visits to Bangkok’s iconic temples.

Alliance Sweet & Socials are designed to connect alumni and Leader Institute delegates. Spend an evening building relationships with student delegates and fellow alumni, engaging with AFA, and of course, having fun!
