AllianceX

An alumni-only, high-energy networking and speaker experience

High energy. Fast paced. Super fun. That could describe a lot of things. But, add those qualities to a connection-steeped, learning-driven and industry-focused event and you have the description of AllianceX, the first offering from the newly structured Alliance Alumni Network.

Taking place in the Mile High City, AllianceX is a two-day program full of learning and development alongside fellow AFA alumni. This experience is designed for alumni to hear from industry experts, executives and entrepreneurs who have big ideas shaping the future of agriculture. Think TEDx-style, 15-minute engaging presentations that inspire you to think about the world of ag in new and innovative ways.

This intimate event capped at 100 seats will allow you to foster connections with other participants and speakers, providing learning through those connections. You'll hear from industry game changers on current trends and innovations, while also gaining personal reflection from speakers who inspire personal and professional growth.

"During the pandemic, the people component of corporate culture shifted into well-deserved limelight. As leaders navigate both people and operations through continued disruption, executives can embrace authenticity, empathy and charisma to prioritize their people — while making a direct impact on the bottom line. In this session, I will share how I crafted a people-first culture defined by purpose at Ardent Mills, and how such deeply rooted values can inspire the next generation of agribiz leaders to redefine what it means to lead."
