Each person has approximately 40 Chances – or 40 years – in his or her adult life to make a positive impact on the world. In partnership with the Howard G. Buffett Foundation and its 40 Chances awareness campaign,Agriculture Future of America has selected 40 freshmen students to take part in the 40 Chances Fellows program.
Agriculture Future of America will welcome 64 collegiate leaders to Kansas City, Mo., for the 2013 AFA Animal Institute, April 7-9. Over the three days, students will interact with industry professionals through panel discussions and various tours. Students and industry professionals will also come together the evening of Monday, April 8, to network over dinner and hear from National Cattlemen Beef Association’s CEO, Forrest Roberts. More.
