Amy Crippen plays an instrumental part in a new programmatic initiate which will be formally announced at the 2016 AFA Leader in Agriculture Award Dinner.

Crippen brings over 20 years of organizational design and development experience to the AFA team. Her expertise in program development with an emphasis on organizational training, leadership and talent development is invaluable as AFA continues to define and implement innovative solutions for growth. She is skilled working with both individuals and groups through the entire program development cycle of identify-design-implementation and evaluation. Her skill and expertise will be put to good use, developing and managing AFA programs.

Her background of working across corporate and not-for-profit companies allows her diverse experience in developing strength-based solutions for companies, groups and individuals.
